Logarithmic scale in 3D surface

Hello,
I'm mechanical student and i'm using python for a project 
I don't find the logarithmic scale in python for 3D graphs can you help me please ?

This is unfortunately a very long standing limitation of the 3D axes (see https://github.com/matplotlib/matplotlib/issues/209 and https://github.com/matplotlib/matplotlib/issues/15248 )
